We are pleased to announce that as of March 8, Emma Rosie's Homecookin' will become The Grateful Plate. We would like to introduce you to Nikki Domke, who will be the new owner/operator. Nikki has worked for Emma Rosie's in some capacity for nearly ten years and was also a manager of catering services at UND while she attended college there. After a recent event one evening, while chatting over a sink full of dishes, we discovered that Nikki was interested in owning a catering business herself, which prompted us to discuss the possibility further, and ultimately, to decide to pass the business on to her.
We trust Nikki with the business, and we hope you'll trust her with your events. We are proud and excited to see another young woman carry on the catering legacy we started, and we know she has what it takes to succeed. We will be working closely with Nikki throughout the first year to ensure she has all the resources and knowledge needed to continue providing high quality food and excellent service at a reasonable price. Please give her your business, and join us in welcoming her!
For the past 14 years Emma Rosie's has served Jamestown and the surrounding area with much love for the community and the catering industry, along with a desire for excellence in all aspects of the business. The community has pushed us to take on new challenges and has been so warm and gracious to us along the way. We are very honored and blessed to have owned and operated this business.
